Classico stands for classic, pure cotton. Brushed is especially soft-brushed for a gentler feel on the skin. Flannel is densely woven and noticeably warming – ideal for cold nights.

Yes. We manufacture responsibly in Germany and Switzerland, with high standards, fair production, and short distances.

Our clothing is usually available in sizes XS to XL, and our slippers in sizes 37/38 to 45/46. You'll find the exact measurements in our size chart.

The best approach is to use our size chart and measure a favorite piece that fits you well. If you're unsure, we're happy to advise you personally – or you can go straight for a custom-made piece.

Yes, for many pieces: you can choose the length in fine increments from minus four to plus four centimeters – almost like tailor-made.

You send us your measurements, and we craft your piece by hand, entirely to your wishes. You'll find the exact steps on the respective product page under "Made to Measure".

Depending on order volume, please allow around two to three weeks. Good things take time – and a piece for life even more so.

Items made, altered, or embroidered individually for you are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. If a piece made to your measurements doesn't fit perfectly, get in touch within 14 days of delivery – we'll adjust it free of charge.

Please clean according to the instructions on the sewn-in labels. Our tip: washing inside out helps the color stay vibrant for longer.

For shipments to Switzerland, the USA, and other countries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply, which are payable by the recipient.

As the buyer, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment. Please make sure to use sufficient postage.
