Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You'll find all the details – deadlines, the process, and the model withdrawal form – on our Right of Withdrawal page.

Returns & Exchanges – it's this easy

Want to return or exchange an item? No problem. To make sure everything goes smoothly, please note the following:

• The goods should be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition – ideally in their original packaging.
• Please include a copy of the invoice or the delivery note with your return so we can quickly match it to your order.
• Ideally, let us know about your exchange request in advance by a short email to shop@pyjama-royal.de – that way we can reserve the item you want right away.

Return Shipping Costs

As the buyer, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment. Please make sure to use sufficient postage – unfortunately, we cannot accept unpaid shipments.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll refund the purchase price via the same payment method you used for your order – usually within a few days.

Custom-Made & Personalized Items

A special rule applies to items that were made, altered, or embroidered with a monogram at your request: the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items, altered items, and embroidered items.

If a garment made to your measurements doesn't fit perfectly, please notify us of the defect within 14 days of delivery. We are then entitled and obliged to remedy it free of charge. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this, of course.
